PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, SO IT'S YOUR DUTY TO READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS ON DAILY BASIS. NEW TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE FROM THE TIME OF CHANGE.

1. In Case of Non Payment, we can barred services provided by us to the second-party without any prior notice.
2. We Can't be held responible for any copyright issues on the product delivered by us to the second-party, so its their sole-duty to verify the integrity of data of the product.
3. We Can't be held eligible for any legal action taken on second-party, due to our products.
4. All the projects will be started after submitting the initial amount to first-party, which is declared in the quotation.
5. The amount of the project is subject to increase, when the pre-described requirements will vary.
6. In Case of non-acceptance of new quote provided by us, we can deliver the pre-desribed project to the second-party.
7. In Case of misbehaviour by second-party, we can close the project without refunding the initial amount.
8. In Case we are not able to deliver to project, all the submitted amount will be refundable.
9. All Legal actions are subject to panipat jurisdiction.
